    the thing about anime is the premise which is the format of its geren

    take Dragon Ball Z its was a mid fantasy with action

    or take Host Club a romantic School comdy

    i had to say my type of anime i like is a shoujo/romantic comdy

    Ecchi, Comedy, Horror, Psychological, Slice Of Life, Shojo, Mecha, Sci-Fi, Harem, Romance

    That's all that comes to mind right now, I'm sure I'm missing a few genres I enjoy

    I usually like the over the top action animes. The types of action that completely defies logic/physics. I'm being completely serious. No scarcasm.

    Stuff like Gurren Lagann, Needless, FLCL, ect.

    I like almost every anime i have ever seen but i enjoy action fighting anime (like above :3) and/or gore (BLOOD > : D) the most.
