Well, Misaki Mei was pretty cool! The eyepatch was damn sexy, too. I also like Hei from "Darker Than Black", namely because he's, like, the only contractor with a conscience. He also loves to eat, like me, but doesn't gain a single pound! 
Lui Hanazawa was pretty carefree, nice and perhaps the only member of the F-4 that actually gave a damn. I'm no lolicon, but Hakamada Hinata was just so damn kawaii!
Rika-Chan from "Higurashi" was also pretty damn sweet.
I thoroughly enjoyed Sanae from "Ladies vs. Butlers", esp. because she always had a knack for getting into compromising situations with the male lead. She was damn hot, too! I also liked her innocence and cordiality.
