Bleach anime: What's what?

Looking over the episode list on Wikipedia (the seasons that focus on the Arrancar saga, not the Bount saga or the final two seasons), it's kinda hard to keep track of what the hell is going on. Is it just me or does the anime randomly cut-in separate storylines in between each season?

Can someone explain the pacing of the adaption. Like which episodes (again, excluding the bount saga and the final two seasons) are based on the manga and which aren't?

I would suggest reading the manga after you get caught up. which can be found at manga fox or wherever else you can find manga these days and is released weekly . Since the manga is starting its final arc.

Sadly it does...lol

At least the filler arcs in bleach are somewhat entertaining.

I gave up watching the show because of all that filler

I liked the plush toy arc.
