    -Super Mario World
    -Wild Guns
    -Final Fantasy V
    -Resident Evil 2
    -Street Fighter Alpha 3

Playing Street Fighter with my Uncles and cousins were so much fun.
Also being terrified watching my Uncle playing Resident Evil 2 was somewhat fun. I eventually got to play it though and loved it.

It depends on what you classify as "old-school", but to me that seems like only NES-SNES/Genesis era.

    In which case:

    1. Sonic CD
    2. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles
    3. Super Mario World
    4. Super Mario Bros. 3
    5. Super Metroid

Only one that's actually ranked is Sonic CD. That's my guaranteed favorite. The rest are all just ones I really like from the NES/SNES/Genesis in no particular order.

Very Happy Sonic for Genesis and CD was definitely a high point in my childhood. Have you guys ever played that one fairly open-ended game for Sega CD that involves some mysterious gang member or something who keeps infecting the townsfolk with a really deadly virus that consumes them from inside (or something like that)? I think it was called "Thunder (something)." I just rediscovered the exact name a few months ago... but then I forgot! It's set in a big metropolis. Wink I still remember that one part where you go up to the bouncer at some club, and if you give him the wrong response when trying to get in, he says, "You got a death wish or something?? Evil or Very Mad "

There was a point-and-click cursor like with a computer mouse, I think, too. Lots of fun there...

It's not necessarily a video game, per se, but the Leisure Suit Larry franchise was always a big hit with me, too! And Dad... The one for PS2 wasn't too bad. However, the PS3 one was such a bomb! Sad The game's creator (Al Lowe, I think) left not long after LSL7 (Love for Sail) was done, which really hurt it.
