IN THIS THREAD, WE DESCRIBE OUR LOVE FOR OUR WAIFUS/HUSBANDOS IN VIVID DETAIL.

My waifu is, quite obviously, Tomoe Mami.



I've always had a thing for the quieter, more well-mannered characters. It's a lovely contrast, when compared to the mountains of annoying hyper women in anime.

As much as I admire her voluptuous shoulder boulders, what I admire about her most, is the way that her personality reminds me of myself. Her shifts between a fearless leader/mentor figure and a helpless mess of problems isn't far from how much of my life has been.

As much as I wish I didn't love her so much, I do. I just have to deal with all the jokes about her untimely death.

The only girl I think that's overrated is Asa, I don't much like Asa

I also really liked Kotomi from "Clannad." Innocent, pure, very smart and shy.

Not licensed by Funi, Sentai Filmworks has the rights. Thus why the Blu Rays are so expensive

Kotetsu T Kaburagi! "Wild Tiger", "Crusher for Justice", "The Veteran with a Beard"!

For Kotetsu, I pretty much instantly fell in love with his character from episode 1. He struggles becoming a successful HERO and being a father for his daughter, who he unfortunately doesn't see very often. He lost his wife a few years prior to the pilot, and he struggles with his loneliness. He's a big love bug and is in the HERO buisness not for the fame and fortune, but for his love for Sternbild and its citizens.

Kotetsu has an amazing heart. He's selfless in his actions, tries his best in everything he does, and always keeps the wellfare of his daughter and loved ones in mind. However, as kindhearted as he is, he does have faults. Although he means well, he has a tendency to not keep his word with people, especially his daughter. He has a hard time balancing both his professional life and his relationship with his kin. Also, when troubled, Kotetsu feels it's better to keep his thoughts/problems to himself because he doesn't want to be a bother to others or bring them down. It has also been implied he's a bit of a mess cat and may have a slight drinking problem...which are things i'm not exactly fond of.

Overall, Kotetsu Kaburagi is funny, silly, charming, selfless, someone who perseveres, old-fashioned, and the true definition of a HERO. <3
