More specifically, Julius from the Runaway Brain.
He's pretty easy to beat, all you have to do is use Balloon-type spells and dodge his fists and block his lightning bolts.
The rest is just dodging until he gets bored.

Its funny because Julias looks very similar to Pete.
When I first saw him I thought he'd be a pushover, but for me he was pretty difficult. Although I was only like LV 49 when I first versed him.

I think the trick with him is to hit him back off the block when he thrashes at u then wait form him to do it again, when he try's to splash u don't run back run to the side and catch him from behind as he is getting up

Now to wait for the Final Mix version which adds an optional boss that doubles as a teaser for the next major title in the series. That's something I'm more intrigued in seeing.

To be fair, most bonus bosses are pointless. Especially in KH1.
