Jak And Daxter Thread

OK. I'm not gonna lie. This is probably my favorite game series of all time. I love the characters, the story was highly enjoyable, the graphics for the time were awesome, game-play was so much fun, and overall was just a good game. Though I will say it's sequels weren't as good as the first game, they were still fun and gave a nice twist of darkness to the story and characters. Hell I love this game so much, I went out of my way and bought the PS3 HD Collection to replay all teh awesomeness 8D. Talk about the game here and why you like / dislike it or just talk about it in general. Enjoy.

But in all seriousness the 1st game was fantastic! I'd say its better than the 1st Ratchet and Clank game even though R&C was better in my opinion. However JAK 2 was disappointing to me then JAK 3 was redeeming!

The Banjo-Kazooie series and Kingdom Hearts Series are my favourites. Ill probably make a feed just for those games later!

I agree with Aussie Jordan, But I think Jak 2 was Dark and had a Real feel to it. More focus on Jak and for being tortured in a prison for 3 years I think? Tch. Must of "Jacked" him up mentally. Not a good thing that it happened, but it was the sense of whats to come is what interested me.

Jak & Daxter was one of the games I grew up on. One of the first games I had for the PS2. The 2nd game was a very dark twist of the 1st, but I loved them both for different reasons.
