The dialogue between characters was sub-par, and I don't like visual gags that just repeat things over and over again. It's absurd and gets quite predictable. Also, people saying "I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON, BUT I LIKED IT!!!". It pains me in the brain. A series needs at least a LITTLE coherance to be funny. Gah.
I rate it a 2/20
STAA was also not very good. I couldn't tell what was happening from the terrible video quality. It had terrible pacing. I couldn't follow any kind of story at all. It seemed like an attempt at some sort of MENT series (or maybe a 'Bridged). The voices don't match the characters at all. They need to sound more like the original characters.
I rate it a 3/20
Thank you for your critique. Mate. But next time please refrain from stating something "Sucks" hate isn't what we want here. But the criqtue was okay so thanks for that.
Ahh, it's the age-old question of whether or not it's hateful or just language necessary to properly describe and critique. In context, "sucks" is just equivalent to "bad", "unfavourable", or "in great need of improvement". It's okay to bring it into question, but I believe I reserve the right to post by honest, unabashed opinion of each individual video, so long as I make not personal insults or threats to its creator.
Well then use bad or unfavourable! I understand the whole figure of speech and slang that our generation uses nowadays, but those kinds of words are used only when you're with your aquantinces or your close firends! You just don't go like Bruce-Almighty saying strong words
to people who you donn't even know or atleast haven't talk to is consider RUDE and INAPPROPIATE. Opinion is opinion and that's fine! We're not going to say you can't say you dislike something, cause that would be censoring but PLEASE try to keep suitle when you're giving a negative critique. How would you like me to say that your comments and your figure of speech sucks? It would irritate you, right? So let this never be repeated. We're trying to have a peaceful and normal forum here. Thanks for listening.
I'm going to have to disagree. "sucks" is not a word to be used only in the company of friends. It is simply a descriptive word in which to express my own opinion. It can be used in any context, and I don't think it deserves to be discredited just because it's not as sugar-coated as "unfavourable". I like to tell the truth. And the truth consists of implied meaning, so sugar-coating adds nothing to a critique.
You say you won't censor me for my opinion, but if my opinion is that it sucks, I should be able to say so. If an accurately descriptive word is going to get censored, then I'd have to disagree with you when you say that you're not going to censor things.
If you told me my reviews sucked, then it wouldn't bother me as much as much as you're assuming it would. I would take the criticism that followed (after all, that is a forum rule), and use that to construct myself. That is what creators of media all do. They all receive bad critiques. The best of them can take that and learn from it though, even if it is a little harsh.
Also, you're stating a bit of an oxymoron by saying this is a "peaceful, normal forum". Forums are a place for free speech and presenting opinions. Naturally, opinions will differ, so there will be arguments. I feel as long as they are mature (like the one we are in now), then there is nothing wrong, and while it may not be called peaceful, it is a good thing, because that is the point of a forum.
Thank you for listening to my long-winded wxplanation
