You may ask for auditions/create auditions in the "Voice Acting" forum. We may make a dedicated forum specifically for auditions later, but that is where they go for the time being.

My suggestion would be to go in the voice acting forum, record a demo with audacity and either post the audio file, or make it into a movie file with some sort of movie editing program if you want extra info scrolling while your demo is playing (or if you are good at actually editing and can do it to anime).
